A whole rich, moist chocolate sponge layered with cocoa fudge icing and peanut butter, finished with pistachio crumb. An absolute hit with vegans and non-vegans perfect for any celebration! This cake is my secret weapon, a must try! The peanut butter can be swapped for Biscoff.

(Served as a whole cake for 10-12 people).

Ingredients: Vegan Flora, sugar, flour (WHEAT GLUTEN), PEANUT BUTTER (PEANUTS), SOYA milk, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, PISTACHIO (NUTS), banana, vegan plain chocolate (SOYA), bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, nappage glaze, salt.
