Q: Is there a minimum order and what is the lead time?
A: There is no minimum order, a £3 delivery charge on orders up to £29.99 and free over £30. Delivery days are shown at the bottom of the SHOP page, subject to change, if a deadline for orders is missed, the order will be processed for the next scheduled delivery day. CURRENTLY DELIVERIES ON SATURDAYS. If you miss a deadline, please get in touch before you place your order.
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We will deliver to most Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole postcodes, excluding BH19 & BH20. Unfortunately collections are not available at present due to logistics and location of the production site.
Q: Do you make large celebration cakes?
A: Unless shown on the SHOP page, I am not currently offering large cakes. I would be happy to pass on my recommendations of some great local cake makers that would do an amazing job for you.
Q: Do you do wholesale/events?
A: If you'd like to be considered for Wholesale or are having a large event, please drop me a message on the Contact Page, I would love to discuss this further.
Q: Can any of your pastries be made Gluten Free?
A: Any Gluten Free & Vegan pastries will show in the title. I have a limited range at present.
Q: What if I have allergies?
A: Allergens are clearly stated in BOLD CAPITALS on each individual product description in SHOP. A QR code is also on the back of my business card to access all product information or heating instructions where applicable.
Q: What if I am not home for the delivery?
A: I cannot guarantee exactly when your order will be delivered on your chosen day, most likely afternoons. Orders will be left in a safe place and if a cream/meringue product has been ordered I'd kindly ask that a cooler box be placed in safe place and product to be refrigerated as soon as possible.
Q: Can you post around the UK?
A: This is a service I would like to offer soon, keep an eye on my socials for any changes to this.
